Strategic Brand & MKT- Senior

What do we expect from you?

  • To be able to understand the context of the target audience, the brand and its competitors, in order to develop strategies focused on strengthening brand positioning and achieving the client's goals.
  • Develop coherent strategies, in which each proposed action is developed within the brand territory.
  • Strong ability to absorb and synthesize complex information and transform into clear and compelling insights and ideas.
  • Insatiable desire to learn, demonstrating talent for abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns, an innate curiosity and insight into human behaviour.
  • Knowledge and understanding of market and consumer studies, it is desirable that you also understand reports about sales & import, market share, among others.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design outstanding products and services.
  • Adaptability to different roles depending on the project: management, research, strategy development.
  • Development and analysis of secondary research, with an eye for identifying key users, business and design trends.
  • Strategic understanding of our client's challenges and capacity to spot new sustainable and distinctive business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted client advisor, applying a user-oriented focus across projects from initial approach development to concept development to executive strategy recommendations.
  • Facilitating and leading collaborative strategy sessions using innovation methods such as design thinking.
  • Knowledge of different research approaches and methodologies, including, but not limited to, rapid and iterative usability and concept testing, participatory design, ethnography, focus groups, surveys, contextual inquiry and summative usability studies, is a plus.

Which are the desired requirements?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Strategic Design, Business Innovation, Communication & MKT or similar studies.
  • 3+ years of experience developing marketing plans, business or brand strategy, product launch or advertising campaigns.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret primary and secondary data.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and integrate strategic proposals for potential new clients.
  • Strong oral, written and visual communication skills; can present findings concisely and effectively.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to continuously improving processes.
  • Willingness to travel (both nationally and internationally).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
