From the company's strong growth in recent years, the rise of Edtech, and a new brand positioning and essence, the need arose to create a new center concept that would integrate the business vision, consider the expectations of different stakeholders (teachers, students, parents), and serve as a catalyst for the company's new brand essence.
An experience designed using a proprietary methodology that combines research, creativity, and design.

Global research
To conceptualize and shape the new K&U centers, we started with global research that deeply analyzed the needs and concerns of the different profiles interacting with the space: families, students aged 1 to 18, and teachers.
Prioritization and organization of challenges
The use of CX mapping tools combined with proprietary strategic prioritization tools allows for organizing all the information obtained during the research phase without losing sight of the brand's mission and values, along with the short- and long-term business vision.
